6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 T. sugar
1 T. flour
1 6 oz. graham cracker pie crust
12 oz Stouffer's Escalloped Apples, defrosted
1/3 c. caramel topping
1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, vanilla and flour until smooth. Spread mixture over pie crust. mix together apples, caramel, and cinnamon. Gently spoon over cheese mixture to keep 2 separate layers. Bake for 45 minutes or until apples bubble up. Serve at room temperature.
