2/3 c. butter, divided
2 c. sugar, divided
1 egg, beaten
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. chopped rhubarb, floured
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. sugar. Add egg and beat well. Sift together the flour, soda, and salt. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Gently blend in rhubarb and vanilla. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Mix remaining butter with 1 c. remaining sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake in moderate oven at 350 for 35 minutes.
