3 cups packed brown sugar 3 cups pecans 1 small can - 5oz. Pet evaporated milk 1/2 stick margarine
Put brown sugar and milk in pan. Cook until candy thermometer reaches 232º or medium soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and add margarine. Let stand for 5 minutes without stirring, add pecans and stir slightly until thick and syrup begins to look cloudy. Drop on wax paper.
