2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 T. molasses
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Take the first 6 ingredients and mix together like pie crust. Take out 1/2c. of this mixture and save for topping. Make a hole in the rest of the mixture and add the rest of ingredients.

Mix together and put in a 9x13" greased pan. Sprinkle with the 1/2 c. saved mixture. Bake at 375 until done.
