6 - 8 apples or peaches, peeled and sliced

CRUMB TOPPING:
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg unbeaten
1/3 c. butter, melted

cinnamon to season

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Place fruit in greased 9 x 9 baking dish .

To Make Crumb Topping: Mix all ingredients except butter and cinnamon in a food processor and pulse into evenly sized crumbs. Spread across fruit. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
