Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs Cracker Barrel White Sharp Vermont Cheese
2 pkgs of cream cheese (8 oz. each)
I use reduced fat
1 can black olives 1 jar green olives
1 small jar pimentos

Marinade (mix and set aside):
½ cup olive oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons basil

Triscuits or bread (see recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice cheeses into 1” pieces and create ring
starting with White Sharp Vermont Cheese on
bottom layer. On top of this layer, place slices of
cream cheese on top. Layer again with White
Sharp Vermont Cheese and then cream cheese,
etc…(perfect on a pretty glass serving tray or other
party tray)
2. In the middle of the ring, throw in one can of black
olives, one jar of green olives and one small jar of
pimentos.
3. Pour the marinade mix over the cheese and olives
and cover –refrigerate overnight.

I like to serve with Triscuits (regular), but fresh chunks of bread or other crackers are great with this as well.
