"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg lasagna noodles (I use “no-cook” ones)
1 jar Classico Spinach Florentine pasta sauce
1 jar Classico Four Cheese pasta sauce
1 pkg frozen boxed spinach (thaw and drain)
16 oz. ricotta cheese (key is to drain it immediately in colander)
2 pkgs shredded 4 or 6 Cheese (same place you’d find shredded mozzarella, taco cheese, etc)
1 egg
1 lb ground lean meat
1 pkg Jimmy Dean Italian sausage
1 pkg Feta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix both jars of pasta sauce together in large bowl. Brown ground meat and add to sauce and then brown sausage and also add to sauce. Stir together.

Mix ricotta, 1 egg, spinach and feta cheese together (can add shredded carrots for even more color)

In 9x13 baking pan, place base coat of meat sauce. Then place 3 no cook noodles down.

Top with cheese mixture, then meat sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese (can add pepperoni slices at this point in the layering process if desired)

Repeat with lasagna noodles and repeat above steps

Bake covered with foil for 1 hour at 350 –during last 10 minutes, remove foil (add more cheese at this point if desired). Remove from oven and let it set for at least 5 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I take this everywhere –pop it in a casserole container from Pampered Chef that keeps it warm for a “long” time…

**Can also add in sliced pepperoni after layer of 4 or 6 cheese
