6 eggs
1 tbs fresh lemon juice (or lemon extract)
3/4 tbs vanilla flavor (optional)
3 sticks butter
1/4 cup Puritan Canola oil
3 cups Red Band Plain Flour (all purpose)
3/4 tbs baking powder (no salt)
3 cups sugar
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, butter, and sugar. Add eggs to mixture. Add flour, baking powder, and milk (in a 4 to 3 ratio). Then add flavorings. Bake at 250º for about an hour and twenty minutes (depends on the oven).

Frosting: Mix 1.5 cups of confectioner's sugar with 3 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/4 tbs regular lemon extract, and a dash of butter.
