1 c. Pineapple Chunks
1/2 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Self Rising Flour
3/4 c. Grated Cheese
1/2 stick Butter
3/4 c. Crushed Ritz Crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple chunks in a casserole dish, In a bowl mix flour, sugar and cheese. Sprinkle over pineapple. In a pot melt butter and mix with crackers. Sprinkle on top bake @ 350º for 30-40 minutes
