3 c. Mashed Sweet Potatoes 2 eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/3 c. Milk 2/3 c. Butter 1 c. Sugar
Topping 1 c. Pecans (chopped) 1/3 c. Flour 1 c. Brown Sugar 1/3 c. Butter
In a bowl place smashed sweet potatoes, milk, sugar, and butter, add vanilla, milk, and mix well. Put in a greased casserole dish. Combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, butter for topping. Sprinkle on Top of potato mixture. Bake @ 300º for 30 minutes.
