1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion,chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
1 cup chunky salsa
3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup corn chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large skillet, brown meat, onions and peppers; drain. Add corn, salsa, cheddar cheese and black pepper. Put into a 10 inch pie plate. Top with crushed corn chips. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
