2 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 box wild & long grain rice, cooked
4-5 stalks chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth (less if it looks too soupy)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Can be topped with cashews just before serving.
