2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms or canned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain and combine with rice, celery, onion, soy sauce and mushrooms. Combine soup and water, blend into mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 oven until bubbly; about 1 1/2 hours. Use a 2 qt. casserole or little larger like 9x13 pan.
