2 c. cooked chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. cooked rice 1 T. lemon juice 1 can sliced water chestnuts 3 hard cooked eggs 1/2t. - 1 t. salt Rice Krispies slivered almonds
Mix all ingredients and top with 1 c. Rice Krispies, and 1/2 c. slivered almonds which have been slightly sautéed in butter. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.
