1 pkg. Broccoli Slaw (12oz.) 1 pkg. Ramen Noodle Soup Mix (3oz.) 1/8 c toasted Sunflower Seeds 1/8 c toasted slivered Almonds 1 bunch Scallions, sliced 1/2 c Wesson Oil 1 c water 4 TB sugar 1/2 c white vinegar
In large bowl, combine slaw mix, noodles (break into small pieces), seeds, almonds and scallions. In small bowl, combine oil, water, sugar, vinegar & seasoning packet from Ramen Noodles. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. (Prepare day before serving to allow to marinate).
