Crust:
2 C. flour
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter, softened

Caramel layer:
2/3 C. butter
1/2 C. brown sugar

1 C. pecan halves, chopped
1 C. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine crust ingredients together and pat firmly into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle pecans over unbaked crust.

Caramel layer:
In a small saucepan combine brown sugar and butter and boil for 1 minute. Pour over crust and pecans. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. When melted swirl the chips to spread.
