1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 servings) vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with baking soda...Combine butter, the sugars and the pudding mix in large mixer bowl. Beat till smooth and creamy...Beat in eggs... Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats... BATTER WILL BE STIFF...Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart...
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
