10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach - thawed and drained completely
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts - drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Knorr's vegetable soup mix
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and place in the refrigerator to chill.

Serve with crackers or veggies.
