1 pone cornbread
bread crumbs (optional)
about 1/2 of giblets
2 boiled eggs - cut up
1 large onion - finely chopped
2 cups juice from chicken or turkey
2 cups of water - add enough to make it soft
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with butter and bake @ 350º until onion is cooked and its browned on top.
