1 c. Heinz Ketchup
2 tbsp. Brown sugar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. Celery (chopped)
1 medium Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Dress 1 (2 or 3 lb) plump chicken ready to cook. Disjoint and brown in 1/3 c. of crisco.
Sauce:
Combine all ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Place browned chicken in baking pan and pour sauce over it. Bake @ 325º uncovered for 1 hour, basting frequently. Test for doneness and if drumstick still pink, bake additional 15 minutes.
