1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Celery (chopped)
1 c. Onion (chopped)
2 Green onions (chopped)
1 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
2 20 oz can of Tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Celery Seeds
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1/8 tsp. Hot Red Pepper Sauce
2 lb Shrimp (peeled and cleaned)

Directions:
Heat oil in pan, mix in celery, onion, green peppers, sugar, and flour. Cook over low heat stirring frequently for about 10 minutes until tender not brown. Stir in tomatoes, cook additional 10 minutes stirring frequently. Mix salt, chili powder, celery seeds and the hot pepper sauce. Cover loosely and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Serve over hot rice.
