2 lbs. Ground Beef
3 15 oz cans of Diced Tomatoes
2 15 oz cans of Light Kidney Beans
2 stalks of Celery (chopped)
1 medium Onion (chopped)
2 Beef Bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. chili Powder
1 Green Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, green pepper, and celery, brown ground beef. Combine above ingredients with tomatoes, beans and bouillons cube in a large pot, simmer for a least 30 minutes, add chili powder and simmer additional 30 minutes.
