Brisket of beef 5# or less Liquid smoke
Garlic salt
SAUCE
3 T brown sugar 4 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c.water 2 t celery seed
3 t dry mustard 4 T butter
14 oz. bottle good quality ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

BEEF
Marinate beef in liquid smoke and garlic salt. Wrap in foil and refrigerate over night.
Bake in foil at 200º one hour per lb. of beef.
Cool, slice thin and refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
SAUCE
Mix Sauce ingredients together and boil for two minutes.
Dip each slice of beef in sauce and bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
