1 3 oz. bag shrimp or crab boil
3 Tbls Old Bay seasoning
3 lb small new potatoes
4 or 5 ears of corn, husked and cut in 3 inch pieces
2 lb kielbasa sausage, diagonally sliced in 1 inch pieces
3-4 lb medium shrimp
3-4 lemons, halved

In a 12 to 16 quart pot, bring 2 gallons of water to a boil. Add shrimp or crab boil and Old Bay seasoning, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes or until nearly tender. Add lemons and corn, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Add sausage and shrimp, simmer 3-5 minutes until shrimp are opaque, (don't overcook shrimp) and sausage is heated through. Drain, serve hot on a large platter.
