1 large Fresh Rainbow Trout fillet
1/2 medium onion (sliced)
3 fresh mushrooms (sliced)
Garlic Powder
Lemon Pepper Spice
2 tbsp. margarine

- Grease with butter a lareg piece of tin foil
- Lay fillet scales down on tin foil.
- Sprinkle open fillet with garlic powder and lemon pepper and ground black pepper.
- Spread in small droplets the margarine along the fillet (will melt as cooking)
- Arrange onion and mushroom slices along fillet.
- Wrap up fillet with tin foil (may need another layer to keep completely sealed.
- Place on grill of BBQ on med. heat
- Cook on each side approx. 8 min.
