1 package of wontons
2 T of vegetable oil
1 T of ranch dressing base
1 T of water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup of mayo
1 lbs of ground pork
1 T of Italian sausage seasoning
1/4 cup red pepper
1/2 cup of black olives
1/2 cup of Monterey cheese
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Place wontons in muffin tin. Brush oil and bake 4 minutes
Mix buttermilk, base and water, let stand
Whisk buttermilk base and mayo. Blend until smooth.
Mix the pork and Italian sausage seasoning and fry in frying pan.
Combine the pork mixture with peppers, olives, cheeses and dressing.
Fill mixture in wontons. Serve warm.
