1 lb. lean ground beef 1 lrg. onion (chopped) 1/4 c. green pepper (chopped) 1 c. tomato paste 1 lrg. tomato diced 3 c. cooked pasta (your choice) 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 mixed, 1/2 for sprinkling later on top)
- Brown beef in skillet with onions and peppers. - Cook pasta and mix with meat, tomatoes and 1/2 of cheese. - Put in 13x9 greased pan - Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
