Ingredients:  
3T. Flour, 1/2c. Sugar, 3 Eggs, 16oz can Chuck Pineapple, 5 Slices thick bread, 1stk. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, flour, sugar and eggs,then add pineapple in juice and mix well. Pour into greased 2qt. baking dish, cube bread and place on top. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake covered at 350 40 minutes, remove cover and bake 20 minutes more.
