1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 can tomatoes - diced
1 can pasta sauce
2 gloves garlic
Mozzarella Cheese
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 c. Green Peppers
1/2 c. Red Peppers
1 c. Onions
1 pg. Lasagna Noodles (pre-cooked)
- Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
- Brown meat in frying pan.
- Add garlic, peppers and onions, cooking until soft.
- Add tomatoes and pasta sauce
- Place noodles on bottoms of 9x13 pan; then layer with meat, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese.
- Repeat until pan is full.
- End with sauce
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of sauce.

- Bake: 350 F
- Time: 25-30 min.
