1 lrg. bag of hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. condensed mushroom soup
1 c. vegetables (frozen corn)
1 tub of low-fat sour cream

- Mix sour cream and soup in bowl then set aside.
- Mix hashbrowns and remaining ingredients.
- Add soup mix
- Press into 9x13 greased pan
- Bake: 400 F
- Time: 1 hr.
- When ready to serve, broil for approx. 5 min. to brown the top.
