2 pounds of lean ground beef
2 gloves fresh garlic (finely chopped)
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green or red pepper
Pepper & Salt to taste
1/2 c. Ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
- Mix in large bowl all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar.
- Place in greased loaf pan.
- Mix in side bowl: ketchup and brown sugar
- Spread over top of meat loaf
- Bake: 400 F
- Time: 35-45 min.
