1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 T. taco seasoning mix
1/3 c. French dressing
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can (14.5 oz.) Mexican- style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15oz.) Pinto beans or black beans, drained and rinsed
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 c. Doritos chips
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 can (2 ¼ oz.) sliced ripe black olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef 5-7 minutes, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, dressing and soup. Spoon evenly into ungreased 8- in square glass baking dish. Spread tomatoes and beans on top of beef mixture. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Cut 12x9 sheet of foil; spray with cooking spray. Cover dish with foil; sprayed side down. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover dish; bake 8-10 minutes longer or until edges are bubbly. Top with lettuce and olives. Serve with Doritos on the side or crumbled on top before serving.
