3 c. Corn Chex cereal
2 c. cheese filled Ritz-Bits sandwich crackers
1 c. Goldfish crackers, pretzel or cheese
1 c. lightly salted peanuts
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 250 degrees. In a bowl, mix cereal, crackers, and peanuts. In a separate small bowl, mix oil and seasoning. Pour over cereal mixture: toss to coat. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely, about 25 minutes. Perfect snack for kids!
