3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp water

1 can French style green beans, drained
1 (17 oz) can Leseur English peas, drained
1 (12 oz) can shoepeg whole kernel corn, drained
1 (2 oz) jar pimento, drained and chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, bring to boil the vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, and water. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, peas, corn, pimento, celery, pepper, and onions. Stir in vinegar mixture, cover and place in refrigerator. Stir occasionally, let stand at least 12 hours. Keeps for weeks (if it is not eaten first).
