2 lbs tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves (crushed), 4 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground cayenne, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 celery stalks (diced), 1 large red onion (diced), 1 large cucumber (peeled, seeded, diced), 1 large green bell pepper (diced), 3 cups tomato juice, 1/2 cup parsley (chopped), 1 cup water, 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce, 1 tsp celery seed, 1/2 tsp tabasco.

Peel and dice tomatoes. Puree with garlic, olive oil, salt, cayenne, celery seed.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Can be garnished with cantaloupe or honeydew melon and croutons.
