2 c. All- purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c. lard/shortening
3-4 tbsp. cold water (add more as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
- MIx flour and salt
- Cut in lard/shortening
- Add water and mix until dough forms a ball
- Roll out on floured board and make into your pie shells or cut for your tarts.
