Ingredients:  
- 4 c. Rhubarb (chopped)
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. All-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
- Make pastry first for pie (see recipe in book)
- Mix ingredients and pour into bottom pie shell
- Put top pastry on, trim and bake

- Bake: 425 ºF
- Time: 40-45 min.
- Yield: 1 large pie.
