2 c. All-purpose flours
1/4 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening/lard
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
- Sift together flour, salt & baking powder
- But in shortening
- Add milk
- Roll out dough, knead 20 times and cut out with cutter

- Bake: 450 ºF
- Time: 15 min.
- Yield: 1 doz.
