3 c. All-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/4c. white sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. date/raisins

Directions:

- Mix well and pour into greased loaf pan.

- Bake: 350 F
- Time: 50 min.
