1 1/2 c. Rolled Oats
1/2 c. Bran cereal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsweetened apple sauce
1 tbsp. Baking powder
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. raisins
2 c. mashed banana's
1 tsp vanilla
1 Egg.
1 tsp cinnamon

- In large bowl, combine applesauce, egg, molasses, bananas and vanilla.
- Add cinnamon, oats, baking powder and salt
- Finally add and mix in raisins.
- Place in greased or lined muffin tins (lined works best)

- Bake: 350 F
- Time: 20-25 min
- Yield: 1 doz.
