2 1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 c. Mashed Banana
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c. Milk
1/3 c. butter/margarine
1/2 c. chocolate chips

- Mix flour and baking soda in separate bowl
- Mix banana and brown sugar in another bowl; then beat in eggs, milk and butter/margarine
- Add in dry mixture in parts until well mixed
- Add and mix in chocolate chips

- Bake: 400 F
- Time: 25 min (approx)
- Yield: 1 doz.
