1/4 c. Molasses
1/2 c. Veg. Oil
2 Eggs
2 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Butter milk
1 c. Apple juice (heated-unsweetened)
1 c. 100% Bran
2 c. All Bran
1 c. Chopped Dates or raisins

- Mix both brans with heated apple juice (put aside)
- Mix all remaining ingredients but dates/raisins.
- Slowly add apple/bran mix.
- Finally add dates/raisins

- Bake: 350F
- Time: 20 min. or less
- Yield: 2 doz.
