Dry Mixture:
1 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt

Moist Mixture:
1/2 c. butter/margarine
1 Egg
1c. White sugar
1c. Shredded Zucchini
2 tbsp. Hot water
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions:
Directions:
- Mix both dry and moist mixtures together.
- Place in greased or lined muffin tray
- Bake: 375 º F
- Time: 20-25 min
- Yield: 1 doz.
