Un trozo de pescado sabroso y jugozo
sal, pimienta, tomillo y otras especies al gusto
aceite de oliva
ajo picadito
bastante perejil

Directions:
Directions:
Poner al pescado sal, pimienta, tomillo y otras especies al gusto.

Asarlo 20 minutos en la parilla del horno, voltearlo y sacar del horno.

Cubrirlo con una salsa de aceite de oliva con ajo cortado chiquitito y mucho perejil.
