2 eggs
1 c. sifted flour
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with spoon. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into 6- 8oz. well greased Pyrex glass cups or large muffin tins, filled to top. Place in cold oven. Turn on oven to 450 degrees for hour. Then puncture with fork under crown. Replace in oven. Turn off heat. Remaining in oven for 10 minutes, then remove and serve.
Optional: Mix honey, butter and cinnamon. Serve with popovers.
