15 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick melted butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
2/3 chocolate chips
2 cups powder sugar
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. Spanish peanuts

For Crust: Mix crushed cookies and butter together and put in 9x13 pan. Freeze 1 hour.

Spread ice cream on top of crust. Freeze 1 hour.

For Topping: Place milk, butter, chocolate chips and powder sugar in pan and boil for 8 minutes. Stirring until creamy. Cool slightly. Spread over ice cream and sprinkle with Spanish peanuts. Store in freezer.
