1 1/2 c thick and chunky salsa 1 c beer
1 pkg taco seasoning 1 t salt
1 can (6oz) tomato paste 1 t pepper
1 c cilantro 2 med to lg onions
2 T peanut butter
3 # boneless beef bottom round roast

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix salsa, beer, tomato paste and seasoning in
5 qt or larger crock pot. Add onions cut in eighths.
2. Rub beef with salt and pepper and add to pot.
3. Spoon some sauce over the top and cook on low
8-10 hours or until beef is very tender.
3. Remove meat to cutting board. Stir peanut butter
and cilantro into sauce. Slice against the grain.
