Ingredients:  
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese
cup chopped onion
cup chopped celery
stick margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook veggies until tender. Drain. Add all ingredients except margarine. Top with 1 cup crushed crackers Cover with melted margarine. Bake 350 30-35 min.

My mother-in-law, Burma, gave me this recipe as a new bride. I lost it for years but have found it again and love it even more now.
