1 c butter 2 c br sugar
2 eggs 2 t vanilla
2 1/2 c flour 1 t baking soda
1 t salt 3 c quick oats

12 oz chocolate chips 2 T butter
1/2 t salt 1 c chopped walnuts
2 t vanilla
15 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and
2 t vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients.
2. Combine milk, chips, butter and salt and heat until
chocolate is melted. Stir in nuts and remaining
vanilla.
3. Pat 2/3 if oat mixture into buttered 15 1/2x10 1/2
baking pan. Spread chocolate over dough. Dot the
top with remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350º for
25-30 minutes. Cool.
4. Cut into bars. These freeze well.
