4 c sliced strawberries 1 c sugar 4 T tapioca 4 t lemon juice Dash of salt Water
1. Combine berries and sugar and let stand for 1 hour. Drain and add enough water to juice to make 3 cups. Add tapioca and salt and cook until it boils. 2. Remove from heat. Add berries and lemon juice. 3. When cool, serve over ice cream.
